BENEFITS of YOGA DURING PREGNANCY

Anyone who practices Yoga receives benefits. However during pregnancy it’s especially beneficial. It prepares your body, mind and emotions for labour and childbirth.  Some of the other well known benefits include:

Studies also show that babies can hear sound while in your uterus at around 3 months. Stay magically connected through movement and sound with relaxation music. They love soothing simple music like lullabies and the flute.

Research also shows babies can feel your touch, learns and remembers while in the womb. That is why birthing meditations are very powerful for both mother and child.

Read children stories to your baby before they are born. babies love hearing them and will remember them when they are born.
